Mersin Trans ensures the execution of all necessary processes in compliance with import and export regulations.
- Being alongside the client and providing information from the proforma stage to the account closure stage.
- Calculating the approximate costs of imported goods and informing the client.
- Determining the Customs Tariff Statistical Position (G.T.İ.P).
- Identifying and obtaining in advance any permits required by regulations.
- Registering and closing customs declarations in a computerized environment.
- During the import process, applying to institutions such as the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE), Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, Plant Quarantine, or other relevant organizations when necessary and ensuring the preparation of required documents.
- Providing detailed information to the client regarding taxes payable to the Treasury and fees to be paid to other institutions and organizations during the process.
- Paying taxes and ensuring the goods are retrieved from the customs area and delivered to the client.
For exported goods:
- Completing the documents related to the goods to be exported.
- Checking the information on the documents and completing any missing information or documentation.
- Determining the Customs Tariff Statistical Position (G.T.İ.P).
- Obtaining documents required by the regulations (e.g., health certificates, control certificates, stock exchange registration documents).
- Preparing A.TR, EURO-1, and Certificate of Origin documents and obtaining approval from relevant chambers and customs authorities.
- Conducting inventory identification and obtaining an expert report for goods subject to outward processing or temporary export.
- Once the necessary documents are completed, registering and completing customs declarations in a computerized environment.
- Supervising the loading of goods onto the transportation vehicle destined for export and ensuring the goods are sealed.
